Why should you enter a modeling contest?
There are a few different reasons a model or a photographer might consider entering a modeling contest. First it is a good way to get discovered by a major magazine, fashion or modeling venue. It is a good way to boost your portfolio by adding some credibility to some of your photographs. It is also a valuable way to gain feedback or critique on your photos. Then the third and most obvious reason is to win the prize that the contest is offering, which will differ based on each model contest and sponsor.
